A Dolcetto that tastes of tradition, thanks to which we are able to present the particular characteristics of Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba.

At Sorì Montagrillo we cultivate a historically important parcel of Dolcetto planted in 1990, which enjoys south-easterly exposure, guaranteeing abundant hours of direct sunlight.
The soils are of mixed consistency with a good percentage of sand, favouring immediate drinkability and a generous fruit-forward bouquet.
