Dolcetto di Diano d’Alba Sorì Montagrillo comes from a single vineyard which enjoys south-easterly exposure. The vines are over 30 years old. We ferment this wine for 5/6 days in steel followed by a period of ageing in stainless steel tanks. It is bottled the following August. Like every great Dolcetto, the nose is an explosion of aromas, leading to a palate of freshness. A sincere and very drinkable wine.
