Dolcetto di Diano d’Alba Sorì Costa Fiore comes from a single vineyard which enjoys south-westerly exposure. This is our oldest Dolcetto vineyard, with very low yields, below 5.0 tonnes per hectare. Fermentation takes place in steel and lasts about 7/8 days. Malo lactic fermentation and subsequent ageing are also carried out in steel. This results in a concentrated and intense wine.
